The Third Research Group of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce Conducts a Field Study in Panjin

To implement the requirements of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce’s “Work Plan for In-depth Investigation and Research on the Thematic Education Campaign to Study and Apply Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,” a survey was conducted on the ideological outlook and team-building status of the younger generation of representatives from the private sector. On May 25–26, Wu Qiuju, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, along with Ma Jun, Head of the Publicity and Education Department, and other members of the delegation, visited Panjin to carry out the research.

The research delegation visited two enterprises: Liaoning Zhonglan Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Aever Co., Ltd.

A symposium on ideological and moral education for the younger generation of private-sector entrepreneurs was held by the Young Entrepreneurs Committee of the Panjin Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce. Several young entrepreneur representatives, drawing on the characteristics of their respective industries and the current state of their enterprises, shared their insights and plans on implementing the Three-Year Action Plan for Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs, seizing development opportunities, making effective use of supportive policies, and accelerating the growth and strengthening of their businesses. They also put forward opinions and suggestions on fostering a close yet clean relationship between government and business, strengthening the ranks of the younger generation of private entrepreneurs, and enhancing ideological and moral education for this group within the industrial and commercial federation system.

After carefully listening to the remarks of the young entrepreneurs, Vice Chair Wu Qiuju commended the spirited demeanor, political awareness, and entrepreneurial drive demonstrated by Panjin’s young business leaders. She emphasized that the healthy development of the private sector is essential for the future of Liaoning Province and the nation as a whole. In particular, the boldness, vigor, and tenacity exhibited by young entrepreneurs are truly invaluable; only by steadfastly upholding their ideals and convictions and remaining true to their original entrepreneurial aspirations can they continuously grow and strengthen their enterprises. She expressed the hope that Panjin’s young entrepreneurs will seize the momentum created by the province-wide three-year action plan for achieving new breakthroughs, further reinforcing their faith in socialism with Chinese characteristics, their trust in the Party and the government, their confidence in enterprise development, and their commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in society. By doing so, they will be able to forge ahead against all odds, overcome obstacles, and make meaningful contributions—through their wisdom and efforts—to the development of the private sector across the province, thereby fully showcasing the distinctive qualities and dynamism of young entrepreneurs.

At the Pan Shan County Federation of Industry and Commerce, we toured the grassroots federation’s office infrastructure and gained a detailed understanding of its staffing structure, office premises, Party organization development, and operational platforms.

During the symposium, a promotional video on the Pan Shan County Federation of Industry and Commerce was shown, and a briefing was delivered by the head of the county federation on the development of the organization of the younger generation of entrepreneurs in Pan Shan County. The delegation expressed full appreciation for the county-level federation’s proactive implementation of the provincial federation’s work plan, its ability to overcome challenges, and its pragmatic approach to carrying out its tasks.

Vice Chair Wu Qiuju stated that this research trip has deepened her understanding of the younger generation of private entrepreneurs in Panjin, revealing their strong confidence in development, their keen desire for learning and exchange, their inclusive and open entrepreneurial mindset, their commitment to balancing profit with social responsibility, and the clear and efficient platform-building efforts underway. These findings indicate that education on ideals and convictions among the younger generation has achieved notable results. She pointed out that the Panjin Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce has conscientiously implemented the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce’s Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting the Development and Growth of the Private Economy, innovatively establishing three major platforms—the “Panlian Hui,” the “Home for Private Enterprises,” and the “Panjin Business Salon”—which are pragmatic and effective. These initiatives have opened up new channels and approaches for the Federation to innovate its services to the private sector and have yielded positive outcomes. She expressed the hope that lessons learned will be actively summarized and further refined and scaled up. Finally, she urged the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce to remain firmly focused on the goal of “two healths,” continue to draw on experience, keep pace with the times, refine its work measures, and take further steps to elevate its efforts in strengthening the ideological and organizational development of the younger generation of representatives from the private sector.
