Biopesticide solvents are formulated from rice oil and fat as raw materials, processed into organic solvents with varying carbon numbers, including low-boiling and high-boiling nonpolar solvents. In response to different pesticide active ingredients and emulsifier types, our company has conducted extensive screening and currently offers four biopesticide solvent products: HJEM-1 and HJEM-2 are high-boiling solvents, while HJEM-3 and HJEM-4 are low-boiling solvents. Typically, emulsifiers with an HLB value of 9.0 or lower are selected for formulation. When preparing emulsifiable concentrates with a relatively high active ingredient content, a certain amount of a more polar solvent is added as a co-solvent; the maximum addition level is generally around 20%. This approach enables the development of oil-dispersible formulation recipes for single-active-ingredient or formulated products such as nicosulfuron and mesotrione, delivering excellent product quality and performance. All of the aforementioned solvents are environmentally friendly and green, ensuring safe transportation and use.
